《中国火炬统计年鉴2013》
《中国火炬统计年鉴2013》是由科技部火炬高技术产业开发中心编撰的反映中国火炬计划、技术市场、全国生产力促进中心等相关内容的统计资料书。全书收录了全国45个省、市级科技部门和各国家高新区以及苏州工业园区2012年度的相关统计数据。
《中国火炬统计年鉴2013》全书内容分十个部分。第一部分为国家高新技术产业开发区内企业的情况；第二部分为全国高新技术企业的情况；第三部分为国家级火炬计划项目的执行情况；第四部分为科技企业孵化器的情况；第五部分为全国技术市场发展情况；第六部分为全国生产力促进中心的发展情况；第七部分为国家大学科技园的发展情况；第八部分为火炬计划软件产业基地的发展情况；第九部分为火炬计划特色产业基地的发展情况；第十部分为主要指标解释。
《中国火炬统计年鉴2013》需要说明的是，自今年开始，为了更好的反映火炬计划项目的执行情况，火炬计划项目统计做了产业化类项目和环境建设类项目的区分，所统计的反映成效的指标也有所区别。在今年年鉴火炬计划项目部分中，项目成效也按产业化类和环境建设类分别予以体现。2012年火炬计划项目中增设了重大项目的类别，分为创新型产业集群和科技服务体系项目两大类，在本年鉴中也予以描述。
《中国火炬统计年鉴2013》本书中使用的符号：“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该数据；“#”表示其中的主要项；“／”表示数据未提供。
